• EVERY DAY:
  We have geared our services around two levels of QuickBooks Accounting Solutions to provide adequate support to all your bookeeping and day to day accounting needs:

  Level 1 Accounting Service: For the smaller business that does not have the time or budget to maintain its own accounting system we will maintain your books in QuickBooks in our computers and send you monthly reports with our observation on your financial results and the answer to where the CASH is. When you grow enough to warrant your own system we will provide you with your own up-to-date QuickBooks file.

  Level 2 Accounting Service: For the owner of a company that has QuickBooks but would like a CPA to perform or review the monthly accounting close, we can remote in to your computer and you can watch us close the books for you.  Should you have any questions or problems you can call us and we can tell you (and show you on your own computer) where the CASH is.

For both levels of service, payroll will be maintained for you using our QuickBooks payroll license, saving you hundreds of dollars.

• EVERY QUARTER:
  When its time to prepare your payroll reports we will prepare them for you and either fax them or email them to you. If we are providing remote service, we can print the reports and instruction on your printer. All you have to do is mail it. Should you rather not bother with the mail, we can electronically file the reports for you. All reports will have the signature of our CPA and should the governments have a question, we will speak to them on your behalf.

• EVERY YEAR:
  At the end of the year your payroll reports (W2’s and 1099’s) will be in your computer ready to print. The information from QuickBooks will transfer over to our tax software and your corporate income taxes will be ready for filing (by mail or electronically). During January we will send you an income tax organizer to help you gather your personal income tax documents. Once we receive those documents, your personal income taxes will be ready to file (by mail or electronically).
