Everything on this site — service descriptions, articles in Insights, the tax calendar, the calculators — is general information published for educational purposes. Tax and accounting outcomes depend heavily on specifics, and rules change.
Nothing here is tax, accounting, legal or investment advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without talking to us or to another qualified adviser who knows your circumstances.
No client relationship
Reading this site, submitting a form, or exchanging emails with us does not make you a client. We become your accountants when both of us sign an engagement letter describing the work, and not before.
Calculators and estimates
The calculators produce rough estimates using simplified assumptions that are stated on the page. They deliberately ignore factors that matter in a real analysis. Treat their output as an indication of whether a conversation is worth having, never as a basis for a decision.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site current and correct, but we do not warrant that it is. Tax figures, thresholds and deadlines are indexed or amended regularly. Where a date or a number matters, confirm it with us or with the relevant authority.
Third-party links
We link to external sites — the IRS, state revenue departments, and the client portal — for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Your use of the site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a volume that burdens it, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
