Working together
One foundation. Three ways forward.
Most firms quote hourly and leave you guessing. We get the structure right once, scope the ongoing work, and agree a fixed monthly figure — then tell you plainly which plan you belong in, including when it is the cheapest one.
The engagement tiers
Foundation
Get clean, get compliant, get current.
We review how your accounting is set up today and rebuild it into a structure designed for your business: the right chart of accounts, entity setup, and systems, wired to produce clean, meaningful numbers. Get the structure right once, and every report, tax return, and decision that follows gets easier.
Start here- Bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up
- Chart of accounts rebuilt for your business
- QuickBooks and app-stack setup and integration
- Historical cleanup and accurate opening balances
- Prior-year return review and amendments where needed
- Entity structure review
- Month-end close process built and documented
Every engagement starts with Foundation. We get your structure, systems, and books set up correctly first — so when your monthly plan kicks in, it's running on a clean, reliable base from day one rather than building on a shaky one.

What is included, line by line

Questions about engagement
Do we have to start at Foundation?
Yes — every engagement starts there, because a monthly plan running on books that were never set up properly just produces tidy numbers that are wrong. Foundation is scoped to what your accounting actually needs, though: if it is already current and well structured, it is a short, inexpensive engagement rather than a rebuild.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, in both directions. Businesses commonly move up when they take on debt, open a location or start an acquisition, and occasionally move down once a period of change settles.
What is not included in any plan?
Audit and review engagements — independence rules prevent us from auditing books we maintain, so we work alongside your auditor instead. Investment advice, legal advice and valuations for litigation also sit outside what we do.
Is there a minimum term?
Recurring plans run monthly with a short notice period rather than an annual lock-in. Foundation engagements are scoped and quoted as one-off projects.
How is pricing actually set?
By the work: transaction volume, number of entities, payroll headcount, states filed in, and how much advisory time the engagement genuinely needs. We quote a fixed monthly figure after the diagnostic so there are no hourly surprises.
Next step
The diagnostic is where this starts.
We look at your last two years, your current books and your entity structure, then come back with a written assessment and a tier recommendation. Sometimes that recommendation is to spend less than you expected.
